In September of 2009, Under the Oak Productions was dissolved by the unanimous agreement of its shareholders and managing parties.
Manager/Owner Benjamin Smith and Jake Rutherford are actively pursuing their educational and career goals. Jake is focusing on completing his degree and pursuing his career in the field of photojournalism. Benjamin is working within the filmmaking world as a freelance director, photographer and graphic designer.
Under the Oak has been delighted to be a part of the business community and is sincerely thankful for those who have been involved in the development of our character and our success as entrepreneurs.
